Here, at Trafford we have big ambitions for the future. We look after and provide services to 235,100 residents, are comprised of four vibrant town centres, with over 60 parks and green spaces and home to over 11,000 businesses, there's a lot to do, there's a lot to achieve and no two days are the same!

We are extremely proud of our accomplishments and believe this demonstrates our true commitment to our people and making Trafford Council an EPIC workplace for all our colleagues.

We are an accredited Real Living Wage employer. Accredited by the Living Wage Foundation, which recognises organisations, such as ours who voluntarily choose to pay their staff more than the government's minimum wage.
