The Greater Manchester Good Employment Charter is a voluntary membership and assessment scheme that aims to raise employment standards across GM.

As members of the Charter, the ten councils, GMCA and TfGM have committed to providing secure employment, good working conditions, and the real Living Wage to their employees.
